Jasmin on sourceforce does not see any bugfixes. Is this repo here the place to contribute fixes or get the newest releases?

This repo is maintained, there hasn’t been a release for a while but PRs will be reviewed and merged if appropriate.

Just wondering, if it is still maintained, then why is it still on java 1.4? I changed it to java 21 in build.xml and it worked fine.
