same issue on Webtop (ubuntu-kde) trying to setup Parsedmarc failed. kafka-python-ng solved it.

+1 allready in [#303](https://github.com/domainaware/parsedmarc/issues/303) Today I'm not sure that forwarded mails are flags pass in parsdmarc. Does someone can confirm this?
