Hi Leafcutter team,

great program, it seems like leaf cutter maintenance has slowed down but it would be great to have upstream or downstream annotations for cryptic splice sites.

Something like this would allow us to quickly identify if cryptic splice sites are upstream or downstream from canonical sites.

Thanks for this Austin. My lab is working on a new version of LeafCutter with added functionality. We will keep this in mind, but we likely won't be ready for release until late next year.
