LeafViz not plots

Hello, i tried to use the shiny app to visualize the results. When is start the program

./run_leafviz.R ../../leafviz.RData

i can visit the adress with my browser (google chrome), i can also see the results table but when i click in the rows no figure is loaded but i can see the animation which indicates that the figures a rendered. But even after 10 minutes there is no figure.

I installed leafcutter the following way

Apologies for the delay, are you still having this issue? Can you confirm whether this was on an example RData file or a file you generated yourself?
