Support arXiv preprint numbers

doi2bib already supports DOIs and PMCIDs, but arXiv prepreints are becoming more and more common in many fields. Support for arXiv paper identifiers such as 1503.04822 and quant-ph/0611264 as well would be great.

We added support for arXiv IDs when a DOI is available. I'm aware that most publications on arXiv don't have a DOI. I'll try to figure out if it's possible to query reasonably standardised BibTeX entries directly through the arXiv API.
