feature request: add support for installing tor compiled with tor2web mode

It would be very cool if there was a playbook to install tor compiled with tor2web mode. This is useful for tor2web relay operators.

Seems to be compiled in by default for Tor v0.2.6.10 (git-71459b2fe953a1c0) from http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/.
