rename to lowercase package honeybadger

Mischief and I have both complained about this on several occasions. It is in fact, more annoying to type in HoneyBadger rather than honeybadger. Furthermore it is golang convention to keep package names lowercase... NOT camel-case.

We should change the packet name to: honeybadger

I believe this would requirement to rename the github repo... which is fine... although it might break people's checked out git clones when they pull?... but probably it won't be a problem.
