tweak cursor shapes

partially fixes #58

as mentioned in https://github.com/david-vanderson/dvui/issues/58#issuecomment-1898322338, the cursor for cursor_resize_bottom_right I picked the best, but still looks wrong.

This is a SDL2 problem.

current (in dvui, this patch):

Yes, there is a rotated-180-degree cursor in FreeDesktop, but it's not available in SDL.

expected (in firefox):
