Need Tutorial on how to start/introduce SPDX to existing project

A tutorial is needed to give guidance on how to add SPDX to an existing commercial or OSS software product.

  • What are the minimum files to create for the output files created?
  • What are the minimum files to create for the 3rd party packages used (in case they do no come with SPDX files)?
  • Also how to use the SPDX tools to generate an SPDX file for the product.
