Lost big map and waypoints on logout

When I exit minecraft all waypoints and the large map lost.

You need to provide more information. Any errors in the log? Please send your fml log. Multiplayer/singleplayer? Which version?

Singleplayer,1.7.10,only happens sometimes,usally when my game crash,but not always at crash
