Can't end turn if discard then undiscard two Rihn when prompted

In the third training game if you discard the two Rihns (when prompted) and then undiscard them both, clicking on the End Turn button does nothing (maybe it's supposed to do nothing, but it isn't explained that you're allowed to do nothing on your turn?)
