Make an Apple silicon version of TcMenu Designer at next release
Describe the bug At the moment we're relying on rosetta for apple silicon devices. At the next release build two versions, Apple amd64 and arm64. This will require a one-off build of the native font library on arm64.
We should also move to Java 25 on all devices, as that is the most recent version.
To Reproduce Open on an arm64 device and it requires rosetta2.
Expected behavior We have arm64 binaries.
Desktop UI issue (please complete the following information):
- MacOS arm64 based device. I.E. Apple Silicon.
Other than the issue with LiquidCrystal #552 this will be a service release to refresh the application.
We will however lose the extended validation Windows install certificate. These are difficult to obtain, and cost a lot of money to purchase. The new plan is to instead publish the hash along with the binary to give a similar confidence level.
