The facilities for basic encryption are now in place, additional issues will be raised to handle the needed improvements to productionize it.
We should not merge this until TcMenuLog is released and more testing is performed.
In fact the tests will not pass until TcMenuLog is pushed into the repository
We can't really do that because they are used externally to the project (IE in TcMenu and other projects) so they need to be on the path.
Unfortunately, we just can't do this, other libraries rely on this code and creating another library is too much for a couple of files. There's just too many libraries already...
Sorry I know this is a particularly large PR, all tests pass including all automated UI integration tests against tcMenu Designer.

All the code to do this is already in the designer, it can load plugins from anywhere on disk, we just need to make a new repository for "packaged plugins"...
