Improve error message mechanism

Firstly, environment check:

• not all errors currently have one that need one
• should they all have one, or only some?

Secondly, consider if a custom error function would be better:

• check environment
• prefix [Vuex Pathify]

Try it out, and see if it would be confusing because of the stack position.
