Pending jobs page suggestions

• Add option for confirmation when hitting done. (Some users like this, some don't, as it adds an extra step. Easy enough to add).
• Bring back "Clear ALL jobs" button. Right now, you can only clear certain buckets at a time (done, pending, errors, etc).
