Rate image UX Enhancement: make the next image appear first, then make the throbber disappear

Right now when I finished rating an image, the loading icon (throbber) starts turning. But when it disappears, 2 or 3 seconds are needed for the next image to load. This is not very intuitive because the rating bars are reset and I can already start clicking without looking at the next image.

It should be like the title suggests.
