Add a menu option to grab the pandoc or the latex cite

Is there a way to modify this so that a person could choose the pandoc (markdown) or the latex citation?

With or without interaction? Our current model assumes that you always do the same thing and don't want a pesky confirmation dialog every time you run the app. Want a different citation? Run a different app.
