Include a changelog with releases?

Even if autogenerated, it would help make it more comfortable to use in a production codebase

Will do from this point forward. The initial release set was a rush. I can integrate a tsv layer for a 0.8, address the empty tail issues, and then I can cut a 0.1.0 with a full changelog of features.

@ChristopherDavenport I think this is closed since there is a change log that is up to date with v0.2.0-M3.

Will get this updated shortly, closing and will update the changelog. Basically all stable except for dependency upgrades.
