Failed Twice

Good afternoon. I installed WPBadger on my WordPress site.

It would not connect to Mozilla's Backpack with Google Chrome. My browser is not supported. Instead, it offered a solution of using a different browser.

I have Firefox installed as well, so I launched that. Instead of going to the backpack, first it opened other sites and installed an ad on the award page. On the third attempt, it tired to log into the backpack but failed. The error message is: We have encountered the following problem: Could not parse the undefined file at undefined file

I did test my backpack to make sure everything was working there.

Do you know which version of WPBadger you're using? That may be helpful in debugging. Also, could you send me the link to a sample award? I'll take a look at the assertion file it generates.
