{BADGE_IMAGE} creates link

I had assumed that the BADGE_IMAGE would add the actual image in an HTML format email, but instead it just provides a hyperlinked URL to the image.

Not sure if this is an issue or expected behaviour. Maybe it's a feature request.

I'm getting picky now because it looks like you've solved all the other issues I was having. Very nice work Dave.
