Add 'issued to name' to Award metadata

Add an optional meta field to the award post type that includes the name of who an award is sent to. In certain circumstances (like the confirmation email, and the landing page when a user visits their award) their name may be printed.

This should also be integrated into the batch upload feature, so that emails can be added in the following format:

Your Name <[email protected]>

and the appropriate fields extracted.
