Make NetgearTelnetEnable work with OpenSSL's version of MD5 and Blowfish

This seems more logical than shipping around md5.[c|h] and blowfish.[c|h]

I went ahead and checked in the change - it's pretty much just renaming the function calls (and changing the order in the case of blowfish) and changing the header files. Let me know if you have any comments on the change.

I don't see your changes, are they perhaps still in only in your local copy?
