Adds watch app to support watch haptics

Hello! I'm a fellow DevMountain grad iOS 28.

Adds a simple watch list view in SwiftUI for users to test out most of the haptics on Apple Watch. (See comment below for why I didn't include all of them)

This isn't necessarily App Store ready if you want to include a description with each haptic like you do for the phone but thought this is a good starting point.
