Add an anchor for each fallacy so it can be linked

Hi,

I added an anchor to each fallacy in index.md to be able to share a direct link to one particular item.

This fixes issue #24 I created.

Once an anchor is published I'd recommend not to change to avoid breaking possible links. I thought of creating anchors as numbers but I think it's more useful to have the text as anchor name.

PS: I've noticed that anchors in markdown are changed from underscores to dashes but that works ok

I see now that h2 automatically get an id which can be linked! Maybe showing it as a link makes it easier to get the link to one of them?

Can we resurrect this, per #85, and possibly use https://github.com/allejo/jekyll-anchor-headings to automate it?

I just pushed an update that changes how the site is built, and per-fallacy anchors are now part of it. @jorgelamb thank you so much for your contribution!
