Added --output for dump_object

Added --output, -o argument (same as in dumpdata). Reason is that if you work directly in manage.py shell, you do not have option to output stdout to file (>).

@cromat this is awesome. I know its been a while, but any chance you would be willing to put together a test for dump_object?
