This change makes a version of Scripty.MsBuild that is compatible with dotnet build.

Any chance we can get this one pushed up to nuget? Would be a lifesaver - I'm checking in the generated code and manually disabling Scripty on build servers currently.

Yep, can do - I'll merge and update the NuGet libs in the next few days (ping me next week if I forget). Thanks for putting this together!
