In Info.plist open SIMBLTargetApplications and set the MaxBundleVersion to '240' at least (last iOS release is now version 4.3 (238.2).

Not working with latest v272 but I see you've removed the MaxBundleVersion. What else could be stopping it loading? It gives the error that it has not been tested with on this version.
