Issues on Android (Firefox & Chrome)

Anyone else have issues with mobile browsers? The player never seems to jump to the specific time ... maybe a problem with the event listeners?

@mahemoff added an `autoplay` option to the [podlove spec](https://github.com/mahemoff/podlove-specifications/blob/master/podlove-deep-linking.md). That definately sounds like a feature for TimeJump

Not working on iOS

Noticed that the plugin doesn't work correctly on iOS. Not sure if its a bug or a "feature" of iOS.
