jsdelivr only has 1.1. Will/can you make 1.2 available.

I never submitted anything to jsDelivr, so I'm not super sure what it needs to trigger an update? A new tag?

The new backend is live. It pulls files directly from npm and github https://github.com/jsdelivr/jsdelivr#usage
