Remove moot `version` property from bower.json

@kkirsche By the property being "ignored", I don't think it should be "removed". In the details they do intend on using the version property in the future. That's my take anyway.

Bower core development is effectively dead (or at least it really slowed down) so that shouldn't really matter. It's moot and makes things hard to maintain so let's remove it.

Also just an FYI there are discussions to move bower to NPM anyway so I wouldn't really plan to support it for ever: bower/bower#1520
