Add version of OPAL TOOLS in validateConections

Feature enhancement from @agrlica: Add version of OPAL TOOLS in validateConections (first thing I run on project/s).

What about adding the database version, apex version and ords version as well ... if installed and accessible to this schema? This can be shown for each connection test which is made.

That is even better. Since we change a lot of projects, that way you can directly see what OPAL tools you use, and on the way check versions of APEX, and ORDS in case the connection works.
