Windows support?

Hey,

Does this work on Windows systems?

I tried to install it using luarocks install luatz an it actually did, but I can't find it anywhere.

Yes it should; but if you use the timezone functionality then you'll need to provide a path to zoneinfo files; there is no standard location for them on windows.

Well, first I just wanted to make the lua file itself.

Does it compile a dll or .lua?

Because it seems when I install it using luarocks, it doesn't appear anywhere.
