Table preview pick list filter

As a way to improve the user experience with the table preview, a Pick List type of filter could be implemented, similar to how it works on FlatUI table and Excel:

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] When trying to filter by a column, I can see a list of valid options that can be used for filtering, and that can be easily enabled or disabled
