Built with Flowershow ribbon should be toggable on/off as an option in dashboard (and greyed out if not on premium)

Atm i think ribbon is auto turned off for premium sites. I would actually like to show this on some of my sites and i think turning it off should be an explicit step.

Plus showing it in config is good UX and makes clear that is is a feature that is available to change on premium.

Should be greyed out in basic (free) plan (like the custom domain option).
