Search working (again) on Flowershow.app (current algolia search is not working)

Situation: current search works off free open source algolia option. Algolia re-indexing has not worked since late 2022

C: This means we have stale and incomplete search results. We have tried several times to fix with no luck (every re-index just finds one page which is the home page)

Acceptance

• [ ] Search up to date again
  • [ ] Algolia indexing working OR
  • [ ] Switch off Algolia to static option

Missing search results

E.g. I can't find a page where Twitter embeds are mentioned, i.e. https://flowershow.app/docs/social-previews. This is the only result I'm getting:

I've disabled it for now as it's annoying the way it works (or rather doesn't work) atm...
