Adjust README after refactor from monorepo

@rufuspollock I've combined our original README from the monorepo with the one we have in flowershow-template repo, but maybe it needs some more adjustments? Please take a look.

@olayway looks good. I think medium-term we can move up the quick-start section to just under i.e. something like:

  • click "use this template" button
  • deploy to vercel
  • add stuff in content folder
  • "See this full tutorial for more"
