Template versioning

@rufuspollock we're using Flowershow template in more and more apps and we have no way of telling which version was used in any of them because we don't version our template. The users also have no way of telling what version exactly they are using and what has changed since then. I think this is a pretty urgent task and should be solved even before we have a proper upgrade process in place. Adding this to the next sprint.
