Converge on npm (rather than yarn) (?)

My sense is npm is fine and is the default and increasingly used so i'd suggest we converge on npm.

Just a suggestion and not a strongly held opinion ...

I'm increasingly of the view this is a good idea. One, default way to do things plus npm has got a lot faster and i see it as the default on most projects.
