Create templated repository

It would be nice to have the project configured in a copier, cookie-cutter, etc. configuration so the package, etc. can easily be configured.

This is something I need to work on. To be honest, this repo is still a mix of the "template" and some of the random things I'm playing with at the moment. There are a couple of things I need to smooth out in the DX to make it a proper template.

Copier looks nice!
