Activity log for model changes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The history of properties and (non-)existence of a model is not present. Especially when working in a team it is difficult to track who made which changes, and when.

Describe the solution you'd like An activity log for any model changes (including creation and deletion). Similar to the deployment log, or the version history of the content: Who made what change and when etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered Scheduled exports of the current model state; external manual tracking.

Additional context For audit purposes and production grade (enterprise) sites such an audit trail / trace of changes is an absolutely essential feature.

Definitely a must have feature, especially to be GDPR compliant.
