Hi! I am running CKAN 2.9 on Ubuntu 20.04

I am trying the manual deployment of datapusher-plus but get the following error:

sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (psycopg2.OperationalError) connection to server at "localhost" (127.0.0.1), port 5432 failed: could not open certificate file "/root/.postgresql/postgresql.crt": Permission denied

Did I miss something?
