Version number in push log

It would be nice if somewhere in the logs generated during a push it indicated the DP+ version number.

I'd suggest maybe in the status message at the end, for instance where now is says:

DATAPUSHER+ JOB DONE! Total elapsed time: 18.63 seconds.

change to:

DATAPUSHER+ v0.15.0 JOB DONE! Total elapsed time: 18.63 seconds.
