Decryption error with CDM service shows working in console
Hi,
i had no problems the last weeks to download videos. Now i want to scrape a model, the CDM seems to be running (see screen below) - but while scraping it only produce "failed" files in the console. If i look in the explorer, i see all the .part files - which is when the CDM is not working normally.
This is the first times i have "this" problem, meaning, that the CDM states "OK" in the console, but the scraper fails anyway.
after that i tried several things, after each step i did a new run of the script:
i upgraded the ofscraper via console - same problem
i downloaded the latest dev-build - same problem
i downloaded latest version of ffmpeg (7.1.1) - same problem
What can i do?

It has been working ok for me the past month, after not working for a long time. Now I'm getting tons of failed downloads over the last few days. I need to figure out the manual DRM keys. I tried it a while back and everything seemed to work in the setting up part, but it never worked out for me.
Well I haven't seen anyone successfully use cdrm since some time last year. So no idea how it was working for you lol But if you have issues getting manual DRM keys join the discord as there is helpful information there.

Is it possible some videos don't require DRM? For instance, I just downloaded one profile and it got all pics and vids without issue, then did another profile where every single video failed(they are all just .part files in the directory now), but all the pics downloaded.

Correct. There is an option for content creators to enable content protection (DRM). Only videos uploaded while this option is enabled are protected. So if a model uploads 10 videos before turning it on; those first 10 videos arent DRM; but any new ones are.
My CDRM was working until the last month; I need to switch it back but have been having difficulty dumping the keys; think its to do with the versions of frida that im running so will give it another try as well. Unfortunately my old keys arent working anymore so I need to dump new ones.

after extracting the 2 files as described now it works. Really thankful to you for all your comments and help i saw in different post !!

Sorry to revive seamingly inactive thread but I could do with some help pls. I have extracted the keys and the videos are downloading into video files but I am only getting sound and either a green or black screen. I've tried getting a second set of keys but with no luck. I am on 3.13.8 but I dont think that plays into it very much here. Can someone help to point me in the right direction?
