[Improvement][api] The host environment verification host fails due to reasons such as not configuring password-free login. The front-end detection result column can give the reason for the failure

主机环境校验这一步要是因为没有配置免密登录连接的时候会直接抛异常，后端捕获之后直接 throw new RuntimeException(e);，并未进行其它处理，前端不清楚因为什么原因导致的失败

Description

If the host environment verification step is not configured with a password-free login connection, an exception will be thrown directly. After the backend captures it, it will directly throw new RuntimeException(e); without any other processing. The frontend does not know what caused the failure.
