What happened

When a component service is deleted, the corresponding indicator monitoring is not deleted, and an alarm will still be issued.Even if the indicator of the corresponding alarm group is deactivated or deleted, the alarm still exists

What you expected to happen

When a component service is deleted, the monitoring indicator is disabled, and the alarm is no longer issued continuously

How to reproduce

Delete a component service, such as hdfs datanode service.
