Improve YAML management

The URLs for github gists are really quite long, and corroborating which one you've pasted (and making sure you don't screw up the rest of the command) is somewhat tedious.

Right now we also need a different YAML for every single parameter tweak. It would be great if we could store a bunch of YAML against cstar, and tag each yaml with a number of properties, and just search for the appropriate YAML based on the tags.
