Add better information for building, using the docker side, and general usage.

  • Update About section of this repo
  • Add a section When to use cql-proxy that talks about shortcomings of native drivers and how this proxy fixes those.
  • Add a section about cql and C* versions we have tested with.
  • Once k8s PR is merged add a section about Deploying in k8s
  • Bring in the cool image from https://github.com/mpenick/cql-proxy/ here

This https://github.com/datastax/cql-proxy/pull/36 completes part of this issue, but we still need to pull in the k8s guide.
