That tool needs to be used in a UEFI shell for showing results.

You need to boot UEFI shell, and use the `setup_var.efi` inside the shell.

This may due to `PchSetup` does not exist or cannot be accessed in your firmware. Using [setup_var.efi](https://github.com/datasone/setup_var.efi) can give better error information, and is preferred now.
