defunct processes in csi-s3

As https://github.com/ctrox/csi-s3 isn't properly maintained (cf. https://github.com/ctrox/csi-s3/issues/73), here a cross-reference to an issue I posted on the repo https://github.com/ctrox/csi-s3/issues/74.

Basically, it is all about defunct processes from csi-s3 and how we could get rid of it. The aim of this issue is mainly making you aware of it before proposing a patch.
