Total number for deaths in Germany lower than the day before

In time series data the total number of deaths for Germany are lower than the day before. A issue at JHU GitHUB is already opend: https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/issues/2137#issue-598450714

Thanks, I just deleted the same issue. Did not see this one. Nevertheless, this mistake is still in the numbers.
